What is Olivera Card System?
Olivera Card System is an electronic payment system which provides a service to NGO’s where they can transfer funds regularly to cardholder accounts with the ability to purchase goods under specific categories, determined by the charity.
These funds may be used in a limited or unlimited amount of time, as requested by the charity. For any unused funds, the organization has the option to refund the funds back to the donor or allow it to carry over into the following month.
