Olivera Card System is an electronic payment system which provides a service to NGO’s where they can transfer funds regularly to cardholder accounts with the ability to purchase goods under specific categories, determined by the charity. These funds may be used in a limited or unlimited amount of time, as requested by the charity. For any unused funds, the organization has the option to refund the funds back to the donor or allow it to carry over into the following month.

Olivera’s goal is to develop the means to support people in need without the difficulties of donating experienced through traditional methods. With this system, we have created a solution to help aid the suffering in a much larger and more efficient way, giving aid agencies transparency, causing better utilization of funds and maintaining the dignity of the people thus benefiting everyone involved: the donors, aid organizations and those in need.
